Position Summary:

Greetings from The Fun Kids Dentist Pediatric and Orthodontic Dental Office! We are excited to welcome new team members into our office. Here at The Fun Kids Dentist, our number one priority is our patients. We strive to provide the highest level of pediatric/orthodontic dental care. We believe that in order to provide this top level of care and customer service for our patients, we need to find the most talented individuals that enjoy being part of a fun and passionate team of dental professionals. We are currently looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to our growing office. A Marketing Coordinator is responsible to maintain active internal and external marketing activities throughout the calendar year, in order to promote and grow our amazing dual-specialty office!

Education/Experience:

2 years customer service experience
Ability to work within a specified budget
Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)

Skills/Abilities:

Good interpersonal skills for motivating and maintaining an effective and POSITIVE team environment throughout the practice
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Outstanding people skills
Creative, Ability to generate and bring unique ideas for marketing/social media
Ability to plan ahead for events and create social media schedule

Responsibilities:
1. Practice Promotion:

Oversee/Develop/Update marketing strategies for attracting new patients and create enthusiasm among existing patients
Oversee/Develop/Maintain/Promote positive relationships with referring and non-referring professional offices

2. Statistical Record-Keeping:

Oversee with Leadership: Generate monthly and yearly reports to review with doctors/owners including
- Patient statistical reports
- New patients entered into system
- Referral source report

3. Social Media Management:

Review patient surveys, work with leadership/doctors to respond to concerns
Respond to all online reviews in accordance to HIPAA guidelines
Drive internal processes for team to generate and "ask for" positive reviews
Post and engage through social media platforms

4. Marketing Events:

Plan internal and external marketing events 3 months+ in advance
Execute marketing events
Update and maintain marketing calendar
Keep record of events, cost, and ROI

Job Type: Part Time
*Potential to grow to Full Time for the RIGHT individual

Salary: $19-24 hourly; $500 sign-on bonus
