Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and websites.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and Google Analytics to track, measure, and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Conduct mail merges and manage marketing databases to ensure accurate and personalized communication.
- Support event planning and execution, including virtual and in-person promotional events.
- Maintain and update marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and sales tools.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
- Generate reports and insights on campaign performance to support decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Mail Merge, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Constant Contact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
