Marketing Coordinator
Our client is a prestigious and dynamic law firm in downtown Boston committed to providing exceptional legal services to their clients. With a rich history and a focus on innovation, they strive to meet the evolving needs of their diverse clientele. They are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role is an onsite position.
Position Overview: As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing the firm's marketing strategies and enhancing their brand presence. The successful candidate will work closely with the attorneys to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, drive client engagement, and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including the firm's website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
2. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate firm events, webinars, seminars, and sponsorships to promote the firm's services and foster client relationships.
3. Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize the firm's online presence through SEO, social media, and email marketing to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and practice groups to understand their marketing needs and assist in the development of targeted marketing materials.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
6. Brand Management: Uphold and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials to ensure a consistent and professional brand image.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing within a law firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
