OVERVIEW
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on supporting stores through experiential, print, and community building efforts.
This individual will partner with the marketing team to incorporate brand positioning, product storytelling, and business needs to drive traffic to stores and motivate customers to shop.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the planning, execution, communication, and reporting for in-store marketing, in partnership with the Director of Marketing
- Connect with mall marketing teams, store leaders, and local businesses to develop traffic driving events, partnerships, and advertising opportunities
- Develop and maintain day-to-day marketing calendars for Stores, taking strategic input from seasonal marketing strategy, in-season product storytelling, promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Interact with multiple internal departments to help ensure that programs are cohesive and aligned across all channels within Store Experience
- Own store collateral planning and execution including signage, promo needs, and store directives for event support.
- Maintain the evergreen in-store marketing kit (keep, purge, store)
- Update and manage budgets for store marketing initiatives with reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Competitive shopping and compiling of competitive decks quarterly
- General marketing support across all functions as business needs arise
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, Communications, Advertising/Marketing/PR or similar field preferred
- Experience: Entry-level position. Ideal candidate will have relevant retail experience or internships within a retail or fashion-related company

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Dynamic, professional, service and results oriented environment.
- Position may require occasional weekend support
- Some travel will be required
