We are looking for a talented Marketing Content Specialist to develop a wide range of communications materials that will enhance the visibility and reputation of HNTB, its division leaders and team members across the firm’s Central Division. This role involves close collaboration with the division marketing team and corporate communications to strategically elevate our brand and profile.
What You’ll Do:
+ Works with Division Marketing and technical staff to write, format and edit content for qualifications, proposals and reports.
+ Edits and formats content written by others, ensuring consistency in writing style and approach throughout various documents.
+ Gathers information through research, statistical reports, and interviews with technical staff.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Communications or related field and 2 years of relevant experience
Primary Focus Will Include:
+ Develop and produce high-quality content for various platforms, including web, social media, internal, proposals and print materials.
+ Collaborate with division marketing and corporate communications teams to create compelling narratives that highlight the achievements and expertise of HNTB and its leaders.
+ Support the creation and maintenance of an evergreen content library.
+ Conduct internal research and gather insights to inform content strategy and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
+ Monitor and track project milestones across the division. Collaborate with corporate communications and marketing to develop effective strategies for highlighting key achievements.
+ Manage content calendars for division leadership and ensure timely delivery of all materials.
+ Collaborate with office teams to identify, track and manage necessary materials for conferences, events and sponsorships.
+ Develop, edit and/or proofread content to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
+ Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
+ Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance content quality and effectiveness.
What We Prefer:
+ Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
+ Previous experience in content creation, marketing or communications.
+ 3+ years of experience in content creation, marketing or communications.
+ Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and video production.
+ Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
+ Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
