Join our team at a leading Fortune 500 investment firm as a Marketing Content Analyst, where you will play a critical role in optimizing the marketing content lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proficient in data analysis, and skilled with content management tools. This position focuses on leveraging data insights to enhance processes, improve content strategies, and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing content data using Microsoft Excel, including evaluating tag utilization, and recommend consolidation strategies to optimize content organization.
- Oversee and maintain marketing assets through Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets Cloud, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Leverage Seismic Sales Enablement tools to align content with sales and marketing objectives.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end marketing content lifecycle while maintaining consistency in branding and messaging.
- Monitor content performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to drive engagement and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of the marketing content lifecycle, including creation, management, and distribution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets Cloud for content management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the financial industry or within a corporate marketing environment.
- Familiarity with Seismic Sales Enablement tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
