We are seeking a selfless, curious, and passionate Product Marketing Manager to join the newly formed PMM team in a contractor capacity. You will have the opportunity to support the Monetization team as we grow and develop our plan offerings to ensure consumers get the best from us. The ideal candidate will have a mixture of product marketing and program management experience, with a strong bias for execution and attention to detail. We expect this person to play a key role in bringing multiple high-priority initiatives to market in the coming months, as well as act as one of the key connectors across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Plan and manage a program focused on member retention, document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. Ensure high-quality and timely coordination and execution of program activities.
- Go-to-Market Support: Build marketing strategy for launches. Pull together business goals, technical considerations, and expertise of the marketing teams to align on audiences to target, channels to employ, countries to activate, etc.
- Create Unified Narratives: Assess upcoming product and feature launches to identify bigger stories or position multiple launches in a clear way for consumers and tie those launches back to the broader value proposition.
- Program Metrics and KPIs: Monitor and analyze program metrics and KPIs. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Third-Party Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Budget Management: Manage the program budget. Collaborate with the Finance & Strategy team to ensure the program is cost-effective and financially efficient.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Partner with the Finance & Strategy team to analyze program metrics. Generate reports and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Program Performance Communication: Recap and effectively articulate program performance. Share regular updates in cross-team communications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, consumer insights, finance & strategy, and other cross-functional teams to build the program.
Experience:
- 5-7+ years of experience in Marketing or related fields with an emphasis on product marketing, partnership, consumer or growth marketing.
Skills:
- Strong program management skills.
- Experience and success in managing cross-functional teams to bring products and features to market.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with both highly technical and highly creative teams.
- Experience in developing consumer messaging, positioning, and targeting.
- High-level understanding of product growth and developing strategic roadmaps.
- Strong collaboration skills to solve day-to-day business problems.
- High tolerance for change and the ability to handle a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
