This position is able to work in conjunction w/ VP of Sales & Marketing to assist in devising strategies and communicate those strategies, and with the assistance of the Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Manager, will have the ability to see each project through to completion.

Position Overview
The Marketing Communications Manager (MCM) will work with the various dealerships, and corporate executives to develop a strategy for current and upcoming months, as well as events and initiatives throughout the year. Upon devising a plan, the MCM will work on communications strategies that include mailing clients and conquest owners with direct mail pieces, utilize web elements (landing pages, slides, tabs), display and banner ads, emails, and social media. This person does not have to web and graphics design experience, but a trained eye to ensure messaging is precise, accurate and commensurate to the brands they represent.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Assist in strategically determining events and initiatives around each dealership's needs ie focus vehicles, brand events, recruitment initiatives, online presence...
- Provide content for communications of strategies including the following:
- Direct Mail & email blasts
- Social Media posts
- Point of Sale materials
- Newspaper Layouts
- Radio scripts and copy
- Manage content for Social Media posts
- Build online presence and following to our various dealerships utilizing client verbatim, photos, online ratings, community involvement, etc...
What are the requirements for this job?
- 3-5 years of Marketing experience
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner
- Ability to be proactive and anticipate needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Eager to learn and grow
- What are the desired requirements of this job?
- College courses related to Marketing, Journalism, Business - or equivalent experience
- Samples of communications in various mediums
- Strong Copywriting skills
- Desire to grow our business and online footprint
- Some automotive experience preferred, but not required
