About the Job
PRIMARY FUNCTION
 As Marketing Communications Manager, 80% of your job will be to:
- Support developing and be responsible for executing digital marketing plan for the medical products. This will include all aspects of email and social media marketing & measurement necessary to drive awareness of the division brands and attendance at events. This highly visible position is considered a main business driver.  Â
- Developing or coordinating all manner of written, graphical and video content for use of sales team. Examples are testimonial videos, patient brochures and event invitations.
You will have access to vendors and will split between what you can do directly and what you manage. Ability to give detailed direction to vendors and follow up is critical to success. Expertise in Marketing Automation (hubspot +database targeting, a/b test, etc) and familiarity with FaceBook, LinkedIn & Twitter back end management is critical. You will have team support on technical content, but will be expected to author general content.  You will also be expected to track work on project management software (smartsheet & asana) and be able to report on status of numerous projects at any one time. Maintaining a project calendar for each product category is imperative.
A stellar manager will independently develop plans and suggestions that are executable and deliver demonstrable / quantifiable results. They also have a focus on developing process and moving through steps documented on internal tracking / management systems (hubspot / spout / asana).  Finally they will be focused on continual improvement, always seeking way to make programs more effective.   Â
The final 20% of the job is a catch all of coordination, project tracking, and event support. Â
General needs

Specific needs
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email & social media
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide perspective for adoption where appropriate
 Requirement
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Ability to travel 25%
- Ability to work some early mornings to match meeting times for international teams (7am calls are common).
