Marketing Communications Manager
Location: Onsite (Menlo Park, CA; New York City, NY; Austin, TX)
Schedule: ~ 11 Months
Pay: Up to $82/hour DOE
Planet Interactive is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who has experience supporting sales groups to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 11 month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and will require being onsite in either Menlo Park, CA, New York City, NY, or Austin, TX.
Marketing Communications Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute global communication strategies focused on channels such as email, webinars, newsletters, and content management systems for clients and partners (sales).
- Manage the partner-facing content management system on Highspot which includes creating governance, reporting systems, and other workflows to maximize the platform.
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing operations team to plan and produce the design and build of email campaigns.
- Experiment, test, and iterate across the communication channels for things like channel strategy, copy, and content.
- Create email campaign strategies that target certain segmented partners to drive awareness, product adoption, and other objectives.
- Plan and execute webinars and the surrounding materials for those webinars such as collateral, content, and even event logos.
- Develop insights and recommendations to improve the content and communication channels.
- Deliver results and reporting to stakeholder partners.
- Write content and materials as needed along with editing and proofreading.
- Manage project timelines, deadlines, and ensure that it is getting delivered when needed.
- Understand data to make informed decision-making for new campaigns.
- Work on campaigns for products that are in the early stage of brand development and already established brands.
- Build brand campaigns from scratch as well as scaling already created strategies.
- Help strategically plan for 2025 and identify new markets/ audience strategies in the U.S. market.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across insights, measurement, media, product marketing, and brand strategy.
- Develop recommendations on marketing campaigns and gain leadership buy in.
- Identify critical branding issues.
- 6+ years' experience in a B2B marketing communications role.
- Bachelors Degree.
- Experience working with Highspot and Salesforce would be ideal or some similar program.
- Experience working with different webinar platforms.
- Microsoft Office.
- Portfolio link or writing samples.
