Premier Aquatic Services is a comprehensive aquatics service company specializing in aquatics programming, lifeguarding, CPR/AED and First Aid training, and pool maintenance services; passionately creating a safer experience, in and around the water.
OBJECTIVE
The Marketing and Communications Manager position is responsible for the day-to-day facilitation and oversight of all marketing efforts for the Company. The Marketing and Communications Manager serves as the key liaison, ensuring consistent and effective communication across four companies by aligning marketing strategies, messaging, and Company initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Social Media
- Content planning based on business KPIs, events, etc.
- Social media engagement (comments, messages, tagging)
- General oversight of themes, postings, and all content is distributed through social channels.
- YouTube channel uploads, management
Ad Management
- Weekly utilization of Google Analytics to determine the most effective strategy for advertising spend to achieve the best results.
- Meta ad campaign creation, management, analytics, oversight for all 4 accounts- creating campaigns, updating copy, generating leads, budget management.
- Google ad campaign creation, management, analytics, oversight for all 4 accounts- creating campaigns, updating copy, updating keywords and search terms, generating leads, and budget management.
- Automation for lead generation and appropriate CTA's and feedback for all advertising.
- Tracking and reporting on company marketing KPIs.
Email/HubSpot Marketing
- Monthly customer newsletters.
- Monthly employee newsletters.
- One-off newsletters as needed.
- Creation and maintenance of nurture campaigns and website automation as it relates to customer registration, retention, and reporting.
Content Management
- Blog creation and posting bi-weekly, with accurate SEO tagging.
- Landing pages and CTAs on our sites.
Website Management
- Direction and oversight of in-house WordPress web developer.
Outside System Management
- Print marketing - the ability to create any necessary flyers, brochures, and print marketing in Canva.
Management of Marketing Team
- Oversight of part-time content team (photography, videography, and blog content for use in ads, emails, etc.)
- Oversight of offshore/nearshore contractors.
Preferred Experience
- Three to five years of relevant marketing and analytic experience.
- Associate's or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or other related field preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with Hubspot and WordPress
- Google ads
- Facebook / Instagram paid online ads
