The Company is seeking an ambitious and qualified individual with standout strengths in modern, technology driven marketing and communications. Specifically driving customer engagement and new business via digital marketing, social media, podcast/ v-cast, email campaigns and the organization and creation of content and media. 

 The right candidate for this role is a self-starter who is highly technological and a strong project manager. This individual will be responsible for scoping, creating, and managing ongoing day to day management of key MarCominitiatives. The right candidate will be proficient and highly resourceful, engaginghuman intelligence and artificial intelligence to solve problems and create opportunities. 

Responsibilities:  

Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, including email, social media, and display ads. 
• Lead Generation: Design and implement strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads. 

Content and Media Production 

• Webinar and V-Cast Production: Create and manage high-quality webinars and video-cast sessions for client engagement. 
• Media & Content Marketing: Develop and manage multimedia content strategies across various platforms. 

Financial and Investor Communications 

• Financial Services Communications: Craft clear and compliant communications for financial services. 
• Reporting and Investor Relations: Manage reporting and relationships with investors to enhance transparency and trust. 

Technology and System Optimization 

• CRM Management & System Optimization: Oversee CRM platforms to improve efficiency and data utilization. 
• Website/Client Portal Optimization: Enhance website functionality and client portal experience to drive user engagement. 

Event and Project Management 

• Events Team Member: Collaborate on planning, coordinating, and executing events to enhance brand presence. 
• Project Planning and Management: Lead and manage marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications:  

• Marketing and/or Communications Degree 
• 2 Years Experience in relevant roles and responsibilities 
• Highly proficient in modern MarCom systems, technology, applications and tools 
• “Outside The Box” thinker and innovator 
• Client UX, UI and Customer Journey expertise 
• Passionate, confident and excited to make an immediate impact in a small business setting
