Position Overview: Marketing Communications Specialist
Are you passionate about crafting engaging content and driving impactful communication campaigns? Join our team as a Marketing Communications Specialist! In this role, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute compelling print and digital materials that reflect our company's vision and values.
Responsibilities:
Assist in crafting communication strategies related to Human Capital, ensuring effective dissemination of information to our workforce.
Provide guidance and support to management on performance-related matters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Investigate and resolve employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate essential reports to inform decision-making.
Stay informed about employment laws and regulations, proactively ensuring compliance within the organization.
Develop and deliver training materials on policy updates and best practices to enhance organizational knowledge.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support various HR and administrative initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years of relevant HR experience, demonstrating proficiency in communication and problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS platforms.
Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment strategies and applicant tracking systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, eligible employees may receive a discretionary bonus of up to [insert percentage].
