An ADP client is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to
be our next Channel Developer to join our team in our Houston, TX OR Los Angeles, CA locations.
This is a home-based role
for candidates living in Houston, TX OR Los Angeles, CA and able to travel 50%
of their time to other parts of the USA and Latin Americas.

as an importer nine exotic and tropical products. Our foundation is based on
providing culturally rick products which display our diverse ethnic familiarity.
In 2003, we expanded our product portfolio with recognized worldwide brands
including Diana and other brands. Diana is recognized throughout Central
American for its full line of quality snacks to which we became the exclusive
importer for products developed for the US market.
About the Role:
The Channel Developer role is responsible for
providing key information and identify opportunities that support the region in
action plans for closing gaps in the execution of point-of-sale (POS) plans. Ensuring
order, cleanliness, and control; coordinate timely and efficient deliveries of
promotional materials and supplies to the Sales Force, enabling the execution
of TMK strategies at POS, inventory, and management of entries and exits from
the different storages under their responsibility.
What You Will Do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Establish logical distribution routes for materials that optimize
the company's resources. - Identify and raise opportunities, needs, and improvements related
to diverse types of POP materials, supplies, services to achieve gap closure
and develop our categories, brands, and target POS. - Report key activities, findings from competitors, market prices,
and new product launches as required. - Assist with the coordination, delivery, and setup of POP materials
for shows, events, fairs, and exhibitions. - Ensure the availability of local suppliers for POP materials,
supplies, services (demos, transportation, promotions, promotional items). - Conduct client visits to verify the execution of planograms, demos,
brand image, visual materials, campaigns, plans, and promotions. - Apply the defined procedure for proper control, order, and
cleanliness of assigned storages, supply, and timely delivery of different POP
materials or tools for achieving plans. - Search for local suppliers for POP materials, providers for the
distribution of large-scale furniture, materials, and supplies for the sales
force. - Comply with the distribution of POP materials, resources required
for the execution of brand-portfolio plans. - Availability to perform internal and external transfers (e.g.,
Airport to Source, Source to Storage). - Collaborate on other activities assigned by the immediate
supervisor. - Fill in requested report formats.
- Performs other related
duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Our Perfect Candidate
Education and
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in
marketing or business. - At least 3 to 5 years’
experience in a similar role dealing with point-of-sales, and point-of-presence. - Previous experience partnering
with sales marketers and business associates to develop marketing techniques
and strategies to reach customers in a specific channel. - Experience in sales,
merchandising, or trade marketing for retail companies. - Knowledge of POP
materials, metric system, management of Microsoft Office Excel and other
high-level tools. - MUST
BE Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Required Abilities and
Skills:
- Ability to drive a
vehicle and must have a vehicle for transportation. - Management of Microsoft
Office Programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Company Offers:
- Annual salary range $60k
to $62k, commensurate with experience and education. - Christmas bonus
(Includes one month’s salary). - Performance bonus (Includes
