responsibilities:
Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing Automation, home office marketing team, IT and third-party vendors to help implement best practices for automation processes.
- Assist and coordinate the implementation and enhancement of automated marketing workflows, including top-of-funnel lead generation, lead scoring models, and nurture campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining the channel acquisition programs and work with the division teams to ensure proper campaign submissions and proper execution of these submissions within the channel acquisition programs.
- Execute updates and developments for channel acquisition programs and the lead scoring model, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Work with external agencies and consultants to implement and refine personalization and other digital marketing tools.
- Support division teams in the effective use of video platform tools and self-guided tour platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing automation programs, including campaign structure, audience segmentation, and program flows.
- Run weekly marketing automation reports in data visualization and marketing attribution platforms, providing feedback and recommendations to leadership on areas for improvement in lead generation and nurturing processes on a weekly/biweekly basis.
- Maintain and update training documentation for operational automation processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and platform enhancements.
- Continuously learn and apply best practices in marketing automation, staying informed about new features and capabilities within the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and related technologies.
