Marketing Automation Specialist

Pay Rate: Up to $50/hr depending on experience
Location: 100% Remote (PST is preferred)
Duration: ~ 8 Months

Our well-known technology client is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who will be responsible for digital marketing campaign review and QA to ensure communications sent to business customers prior to launch are high quality messages and experience. This includes marketing and communications across email, notifications, onsite placements, and landing page channels.

This is a full-time 40 hour/week contract job. This role will last 8 months and is fully remote.

Marketing Automation Specialist Responsibilities:

• Build email journeys in a variety of sprint timelines.
• QA the email journeys to be sure the campaigns are tracking properly.
• Work cross-functionally and collaborate with the team on what marketing campaign execution would be best.
• Ensure all feedback and reviews have been received prior to sending campaigns out.
• Participate in status report meetings and recaps.
• QA messages according to pre-defined technical standards and make sure all messages render properly for end users.
• QA across channels and languages (i.e. no language requirements outside of English for this role).
• Triage customer (Channel Marketer) feedback about communications received and actively monitoring the overall communications experience delivered to business customers.

Marketing Automation Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
• Experience and knowledge in CRM systems and software like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua.
• Very strong QA background, technical skill sets.
• Ability to QA the email journey.
