We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our Marketing Team to drive data-driven marketing strategies that result in optimized execution and results for PCI. This position is responsible for creating, improving, and implementing processes and systems related to marketing productivity, driving best practices in marketing automation, managing data governance across our CRM systems, and managing and uncovering analytics to drive business results. This key position will oversee the efficient management of our marketing technology stack, database integrity, and the downstream interactions with our pipeline. The ideal candidate is a master at leveraging technology to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company. He/she will also own the process across data sources, data gathering, and data and audience modelling, to leverage insights into campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth. This position reports to the Digital Product Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the Hubspot infrastructure and architecture to achieve outstanding campaign execution, reporting, and analytics.
* Ensure seamless data strategy, data flow, and integrations between Hubspot and Salesforce.
* Build and own the multi-attribution model and develop a method for refinement and optimization.
* Lead the end-to-end data strategy and business requirements for marketing automation and align data model and reporting needs.
* Optimize marketing automation and processes by applying best practices to our marketing automation platform instances.
* Implement lead-to-sales funnel automation processes through Salesforce, policies, workflows, marketing programs and KPIs.
* Define and execute improvements to enhance productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI and sales growth.
* Work closely with internal clients to develop a closed-loop feedback process that provides insight into the effectiveness of marketing processes.
* Regularly interface with the marketing team and cross-functional teams on enterprise-level projects and issues.
* Support the rollout of campaigns to align marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring that sales and marketing are generating sufficient lead and pipeline generation.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on our systems and data flows and seek out industry best practices and proactively incorporate relevant ideas.
* Build and continuously monitor daily/weekly/quarterly reporting of database KPIs, including campaign performance (email/advertising/program effectiveness, leads to goal), company's pipeline and revenue attribution.
* Optimize and recommend improvements to marketing technology stack including overall plan for utilization and regular health checks on performance and effectiveness.
* Review results of campaigns and work with the respective campaign owners to identify beneficial improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field with at least 2 years of digital analytics, buyer, automation and/or marketing experience
* Extensive experience using a Marketing Automation tool (Hubspot strongly preferred)
* Extensive experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
* Deep experience in CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred), including reporting and field management.

* Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based on data.
* Understanding of demand generation and the lead-to-sales funnel
* College Level Mathematical Skills
* Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.
* Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
* Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.
