Your contributions will shape our integrated marketing strategies, effectively communicating the value of our products and services to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines and resources are effectively utilized.
Set clear objectives, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to successful completion.
Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, conveying program details and performance metrics effectively.
Campaign Design and Execution:
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including strategy formulation, planning, and analysis.
Support National Accounts and RFP Team in crafting compelling proposals and presentations.
Innovate new marketing strategies tailored for National Accounts, including email campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop key marketing assets and campaigns that drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
Performance Management:
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, aligning metrics with sales objectives.
Contribute to market expansion and revenue growth within the Independent healthcare sector.
Partner with Sales leaders to optimize performance and remove barriers to revenue generation.
Sales Enablement:
Develop and deliver content, tools, and processes to support Sales throughout the sales cycle and buyer's journey.
Foster collaboration between Sales and Marketing teams to enhance sales effectiveness and conversion rates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in product management or marketing roles, ideally within a B2B services environment.
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and lead complex projects.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in Salesforce and familiarity with campaign building and reporting dashboards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving commercial environment.
