Field Events Analyst
Seeking a highly organized and dynamic Field Events Analyst to join the Public Sector Field Events Team. This role focuses on supporting the strategy and execution of 3rd Party Industry and Field-Led events, ensuring their success through meticulous planning, logistics management, and post-event reporting.
Responsibilities:
Manage event planning and execution from concept to completion, including logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite production.
Collaborate across teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure seamless attendee journeys and alignment with key objectives.
Track budgets with accuracy and compliance while driving ROI-focused registration strategies.
Translate post-event analytics into actionable reports for leadership and recommendations for future events.
Present pre-event briefings and post-event summaries to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and preparedness.
Research and propose innovative event formats, venues, and entertainment options.
Maintain event calendars, team schedules, and project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of event marketing experience, preferably within the client ecosystem.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and complex timelines.
Experience working with sales teams and understanding audience acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; willingness to travel 20-30% annually.
This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a passion for events and a focus on delivering exceptional experiences that drive meaningful business impact.
Pay Range: $35 - $37
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
