Field Events Contractor: Day-to-Day Overview
Role Responsibilities:
Field Events Contractors are integral to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact events that resonate with key stakeholders. Their day-to-day responsibilities include:
End-to-End Event Ownership
Lead events from concept to execution, overseeing all aspects of event planning, implementation, and on-site logistics.
Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure seamless production and delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as subject matter experts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive attendee journey across all event touchpoints.
Adjust strategies as needed to align with evolving stakeholder needs and feedback.
Project Management
Serve as project managers and primary points of contact, coordinating deliverables with internal teams and external partners.
Provide clear direction and leadership to cross-functional teams, motivating them to achieve event goals.
Budget Management
Maintain accurate and compliant budgets for each event, ensuring financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Event Metrics & Reporting
Develop metrics to measure business impact, translating post-event analytics into actionable insights and reports for marketing and sales leadership.
Present pre-event briefings and post-event summaries to executives and stakeholders, highlighting results and recommendations for future improvements.

Seeking a highly organized and dynamic Field Events Analyst to join the Public Sector Field Events Team. This role focuses on supporting the strategy and execution of 3rd Party Industry, ensuring their success through meticulous planning, logistics management, and post-event reporting.
Responsibilities:
Manage event planning and execution from concept to completion, including logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite production.
Collaborate across teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure seamless attendee journeys and alignment with key objectives.
Track budgets with accuracy and compliance while driving ROI-focused registration strategies.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience; willingness to travel 20-30% annually.
