Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our dynamic B2B marketing team. The Marketing Associate will report to the Director of B2B Marketing and assist with strategic creation and execution of marketing efforts (across email, digital, and print) to acquire new corporate clients, grow existing user base, and launch new services/products. This role requires a blend of marketing acumen, and the ideal candidate will have proficiency in Adobe Marketo Engage. As a Marketing Associate, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns, designing marketing materials, and analyzing campaign performance to drive our brand’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage.
- Create, test, and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.
- Develop and maintain content for digital and print platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and website content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in all marketing communications.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support campaign planning and strategy.
- Provide recommendations based on research findings to improve marketing efforts.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.
- Prepare reports and presentations for marketing meetings and strategy sessions.
- Provide general support to the marketing team as needed.
- Manage and segment the marketing database within Marketo to ensure targeted and effective communication with leads and customers.
- Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns and landing pages to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email templates.
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with campaign objectives.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in a B2B environment preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Marketo Engage for campaign management and automation (or similar ESP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Eager to learn and stay updated with industry trends and tools.
Compensation: $54,000 - $67,000 per year
Salary will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
