What You'll Do:
As the Marketing Assistant, you will enhance our organization's presence and showcase our dedication to quality care. The Marketing Assistant will collaborate closely with our teams to ensure the consistent execution of marketing strategies and initiatives. This is an opportunity to grow your career in a meaningful industry while honing your marketing skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media efforts
- Help create marketing content such as newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials
- Manage and schedule posts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and engage with the community
- Provide administrative support, such as maintaining marketing calendars, managing databases, and handling correspondence
- Assist with basic graphic design tasks for marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance, including web traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement
- Assist in the creation and distribution of email campaigns, and monitor results (open rates, click-through rates, etc.)

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications of a Marketing Assistant include:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Knowledge of graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Suite)
