As a Marketing Assistant, you'll manage virtual and in-person event planning and logistics for trade shows and conferences. Managing webinar registration process and communication for multiple webinars per month. Other responsibilities include Update marketing collateral (PPT, InDesign), Create new formats for PowerPoint slides to promote services, Manage Salesforce to run reports, add data, clean. You'll be creating new emails/formats and send via email software program and assisting with global marketing projects
We're seeking a candidate who:
- Has minimum of 2 years' experience
- Holds a Bachelor's degree.
- Has a fervent interest in the life sciences industry
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is a tech wiz with a mastery of Microsoft Office.
- Thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Approaches challenges with a problem-solving mindset and a desire to learn.
**This is a hybrid role, with 3 days spent in our Waltham, MA office and 2 days offering remote flexibility.
