Your Purpose in this Role
The purpose of the Social Media Marketing Intern is to assist the Marketing department. You will help in presenting Tempe Mechanical as a leading competitor in the HVAC and Plumbing Mechanical setting. Your purpose will be assisting with content creation, advertising initiatives, and contributing innovate ideas to enhance Tempe Mechanical from a public aspect.
Pay
$17.00 to $21.00 - Pay Rate Determined in Interview.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including social media channels, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- Audience Engagement: Interact with followers and customers to foster relationships, answer inquiries, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media efforts and provide regular reports to management.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and target audience.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Graphic Design and Multimedia: Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and messaging.
- Required 3 social media posts a day.
- Updating website with pictures, videos, and new data.
- Assist with internal content creation.
- Assist with Company Website Management.
- Assist with managing the info@tempemechanical.net
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Beginner to intermediate experience with softwares like Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe, Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.
- Some experience taking photos and using a camera will be necessary. If experience with Canon, that is even better as we have a Canon Camera
- Being able to bring and use your own equipment is a bonus
- Creative and Positive Attitude
- Willing to travel across the valley for content creation
- Punctual and Professional
Working Conditions
- 10 to 30 hours each week in the office with generous amounts of time working on a computer. (Editing, Planning, Posting)
- 10 to 20 hours each week in the field taking pictures and videos of our crew and team.
- Your work week should always equal out to 40 hours. Above are estimates of your time.
