Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Oversee a designated territory as assigned by the Account Marketing Director. Conduct market research for the designated area, create a territory profile and execute field marketing strategies to drive awareness, outreach, and exposure for our client
- Collaborate with the Account Marketing Director and fellow leaders within the Marketing Team to set and execute outreach targets, monitor results, and evaluate performance
- Develop and cultivate a reliable relationship with the client. Understand their marketing goals and objectives, clearly communicate planned initiatives, and provide weekly and monthly updates on progress
- Execute day-to-day field operations to support defined marketing and outreach metrics.
- Take action and conduct training, coaching, and mentoring activities with newer representatives in the department
- Ensure that all field marketing strategies uphold our client's guidelines and standards of their brand and represent them positively with the highest level of integrity
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience for the Marketing Assistant:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management is required unless you have 3 years direct experience in the field
- At least one year of experience in a client or customer-facing position is required
- Experience in promotions, sales, or as a brand ambassador is a bonus
- Prior team management or mentorship skills are highly regarded
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage, collaborate, and inspire all personality types and audiences
- Perseverant, goal-oriented, and possess high-quality standards for personal and team performance
- Passion and belief in our mission and core values
- Be proficient in communications and software platforms like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Skype, and internal software programs upon completing initial training
