Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Familiarity
- Develop a strong understanding of multiple Energy Efficiency products within the C&I portfolio to effectively support their marketing and management.
2. Product Management Support
- Assist with all aspects of product management, including:
- Coordinating the creation and updates of marketing literature.
- Processing and tracking invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Identifying and resolving process inefficiencies.
- Forecasting achievements and tracking budget details for product initiatives.
3. Special Marketing Projects
- Participate in special marketing initiatives such as:
- Organizing and supporting trade shows, promotions, and seminars.
- Assisting with training presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Engaging in customer and vendor visits or presentations.
4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships that enhance the performance of the business unit, including:
- Collaborating with sales teams and managing vendor relationships.
5. Sales Team Support
- Provide support to sales teams (Business Solutions Center, Account Managers) and vendors by fulfilling program information requests and ensuring timely follow-ups.
6. Contract Administration
- Assist in the administration of vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.
7. Database Management
- Maintain and manage database reports to support sales and marketing efforts, including:
- Tracking new prospects and monitoring sales activity.
- Providing insights and updates for marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, product support, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in the utility or energy industry is preferred but not required.
