Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing department in various tasks to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives..

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team in implementing marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Assist in coordinating marketing events, both online and offline.
• Manage and update the company's social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content for marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Assist in the creation and editing of written content for various marketing channels, such as blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including organizing meetings and maintaining marketing databases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Assistant or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and practices.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and experience with social media management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of graphic design and basic design software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
