As a Marketing Assistant at SphireaPlus, you will support the marketing department in various tasks aimed at enhancing the brand's visibility and engagement. You will collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, assist in market research, and ensure smooth project execution across different marketing channels (excluding social media). Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help coordinate events and promotional activities.
- Prepare and edit marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer feedback.
- Organize and maintain marketing resources and databases.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with email marketing tools and basic graphic design is a plus.
