Marketing Assistant/Analyst 2

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Marketing Assistant/Analyst for a contract position in Oakland, CA. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Support Principal, Performance and Execution Analyst in review marketing data from campaigns and building executive level reports with results and insights.
Work with Marketing Leadership to refine the story on the reports.
Work with Marketing Leadership to make recommendations on future optimizations.
Insure accuracy of Data coming from client systems into Agency, and back into client systems as needed.
Identify any data issues and work swiftly with client's IT, the Digital team, the Shieldlink team and our agency as necessary to identify root cause and move to swift resolution. Escalate as appropriate with leadership if need be.
Make recommendations to Marketing on how to structure A/B testing.

Qualifications:

Marketing Campaign Analytics – 2 year min including the ability to do data visualization
Marketing Reporting and Insights – 2-year min
Identifying the root cause of data issues and working cross-functional towards a speedy resolution,

Preferred:

Understand how to structure A/B tests and insure it is statistically significant.
Strong Communicator
Self Starter
