PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Marketing Specialist is accountable for assisting in execution of key marketing strategies, messaging, & promotional elements that focus on customer needs and products for the Insulation business. They will support market facing initiatives.
This is an individual contributor role supporting marketing team for Technical Insulation and as needed the extended team (sales, product and technical managers).
Reports to Sr. Marketing Manager, and will support the work of multiple marketing managers across team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates Process Execution for Marketing Team: (approximate time 70%)
Coordinates all legal approval work and record retention.
Helps to update key processes and track in central format (MarCom, Workfront, PIM, SharePoint, Box or other)
Executes Marketing Strategies (approximate time 30%)
Support sales team needs such as document coordinator, promotional items, event coordination.
Coordinate virtual and in-person tradeshows and events.
Creation of marketing elements including: documents, presentations, sales tools, social media coordinating approvals process and working with graphic design.
Executes on collateral and content work with legal, designers and marketing managers.
Organize and maintain work files and photography.
Lead marketing projects as assigned with teams.
Provide support to marketing team on projects as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations or similar/relevant degree programs.
Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in marketing, communications, sales, PR (or equivalent internship experience for recent graduates)
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities & work with extended teams to complete projects.
EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years of progressive experience within marketing or communication departments.
Executing business and marketing strategies across digital and traditional marketing channels. Event planning/coordination experience preferred.
Previous experience managing multiple marketing projects at one time - using time management and strong organizational skills
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Strong communication skills written and verbal.
Ability to work in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders and influencers
