Job Description:
- Social Specialist, Content Marketing
- The Social Specialist will support the B2B Organic Social team in the development and execution of content across social channels and for employee social advocacy.
- This role will support an array of functional areas, with the following primary responsibilities:
- Content uploads to YouTube and the employee social advocacy platform, including inbound request management and stakeholder reviews.
- Copywriting, proofreading and editing as applicable for employee social advocacy content
- Creative project management, including content organization, formatting, stakeholder follow-up, content status monitoring with agencies, development of content status reports, etc.
- YouTube Reporting as requested
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, etc.) or actively pursuing a degree in a related field
- Experience working within social platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Experience with graphic design and working in programs like Photoshop
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of editorial standards
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience fact-checking, researching, and creating citations
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a related role
- Experience in social media metrics and analysis
- Experience working with project management software--Adobe Workfront preferred
- Experience working in the B2B technology/communications space
