Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Analyst and Data Operations Manager to join our team in supporting the Senior Director of Global Marketing, Donor Gamete Services. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders across our California Cryobank and Donor Egg Bank USA brands. As a proactive leader passionate about data, you will optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our B2B and B2C marketing activities. This involves delving into the intricacies of our donor egg and donor sperm businesses, from recruitment workflows to sales strategies, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Management and Optimization:
Analyze existing marketing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to streamline workflows.
Establish best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality across marketing initiatives.
Marketing Performance Analysis:
Define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Utilize data analytics tools to track performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve campaign targeting and ROI.
Marketing Technology Management:
Evaluate and manage marketing technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems.
Provide training and support to marketing teams on the effective use of marketing technology.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and manage marketing budgets.
Track marketing spend and provide insights to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Coordinate with sales operations to ensure alignment between marketing and sales processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing technology platforms and data analytics software.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Salary and Benefits:
The starting base pay for this role is between $105,000 and $140,000, with additional compensation and benefits including medical coverage, 401(k), parental leave, fertility benefits, and more.
