Provides administrative support to the Marketing Department and other department heads. Answers phones, types and prepares correspondence....QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Must have a minimum of two years of Administrative Assistant experience or equivalent work experience would be preferable. Must be able to type 55+ words per minute. Must have a professional phone etiquette and ability to multi-task many projects at once. Must be able to have a flexible schedule and able to work outside the standard workweek as business needs dictate. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets, database, email and the internet.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Indoor office environment. This position regularly works indoors. The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet to moderate and may become excessively noisy at times. Position is in a fast-paced environment. Smoke filled environment at times. Will have contact with employees, external agencies and the public.
