Job Summary:
Our Market Segment Managers lead company strategy in how we market toward our varied customer base.
We are looking for an ambitious Market Segment Manager to lead market segment-based strategic initiatives for Alsco Uniforms North America Division for all customers. This role will shape the strategy and execution of Alsco Uniforms marketing within the specific market segment. Successful candidates will have a customer-first orientation, strong marketing and strategy skills, and a desire to develop and grow. They are ready to react and adapt to data and insights from the field to take advantage of opportunities as they arise. Reports to Sr. Marketing & Operations Manager.
Compensation:
$85k+, salaried, DOE
Location: On-site / In-office - Salt Lake City, UT 84102

Responsibilities:
- Strategize, develop, and lead marketing a wide variety of marketing initiatives from one-off projects, such as catalogs and marketing flyers, to broad, integrated omnichannel campaigns.
- Review, recommend and implement marketing opportunities, as appropriate, for our industry and budget, based on field insights and sales and marketing data.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional internal and external teams to realize brand and campaign objectives.
- Work closely with our digital marketing team to develop campaign briefs around new product roll outs and existing product and service features, monitor promotions.
- Develop strategies for the specific market segment to optimize marketing efforts, tailor messages, and allocate resources effectively.
- Improve customer acquisition and retention within the market segment.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to drive product penetration within our customer base.
- Drive marketing campaigns on specific products to improve our revenue.
- Be the subject matter expert when it comes to our range of facility services products and understanding the needs and wants of business owners that use our services.
- Utilize excellent written/oral communication and analytical skills broad range of team members, executives, and cross functional partners at Alsco Uniforms.
- Provide segment-focused content for Alsco Uniforms social media platforms.
- Manage branding for the products within the assigned segment.
- Support and lead other projects, as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of market segment, brand, or product management experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Strongly skilled in organization, communication, and collaboration
- Expertise in sales and training content creation
- Industry experience or direct experience with the customer base.
Education:
- Four-year degree in marketing or communication, preferred.
- Open to consideration of higher education in combination with working experience.
Travel Requirements:
- At minimum, 10%
