About the Job
Job Purpose:
Responsible for ensuring the timely pickup of available units and controlling the administrative flow of completed vehicle sales within an assigned region. Assist the Remarketer with the relationship management of all channel outlets within the region
Responsibilities:
· Enter used vehicle pick-up requests into UVIMS
· Monitor reports for aged pickup requests and sold vehicles with no received sale funds
· Actively manage and quickly resolve pick up problems
· Actively manage and quickly resolve sold no payment issues
· Initiate the sale settlement process by transacting completed sales in UVIMS daily
· Coordinate the sale and release of vehicles to HolmanAutoDirect.com buyers
· Coordinate the retrieval and payment of invoices from auctions within assigned region
· Identify and apply cash deposits from assigned auctions
· Anticipate delays and proactively escalate to the appropriate party
· Assists in maintaining the relationship with remarketing channels within assigned region
Knowledge and Skill:
· Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to clients and outside vendors
· Detail oriented
· Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
· Must be customer service focused
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required
· Automotive industry knowledge is helpful
