Job Description
The Market Research Manager will be part of the Product Marketing team and is responsible for conducting market research projects and serving as a research partner to teams across the organization. This role requires senior-level skills in data analysis, cross-functional communication, and project/vendor management. You will manage both ongoing and ad hoc research studies from end to end, including writing research briefs, drafting surveys or discussion guides, field/vendor management, data analysis, and presenting results. You will collaborate across teams to deliver timely insights, administer enterprise data platforms, and be the voice of the customer in strategy development.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Manage ongoing and ad hoc research studies from start to finish, including writing research briefs, drafting surveys or discussion guides, and analyzing data.
•Work cross-functionally to ensure insights are delivered to the right people at the right time.
•Administer online enterprise data platforms, handle user queries, manage roles, and drive expanded system integrations.
•Represent the voice of the customer in strategic decision-making, providing actionable insights from data.
Required Experience/Skills
•3-5+ years of experience in client-side market research, preferably in the software/technology or media sectors.
•Senior-level data analysis skills, including proficiency in descriptive statistics, formulas, pivot tables, and statistical testing.
•Experience managing complex market research projects from inception to implementation.
•Expertise in moderating focus groups, customer interviews, brand health tracking, and NPS/customer experience measurement.
•Proficiency in survey programming tools like Qualtrics and data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
•Experience across both quantitative and qualitative research methods in diverse industries and organizational settings.
