What You Can Expect:
Selected candidates will undergo extensive training in Washington State for 6 months to a year, preparing them for the incredible opportunities that await in Colorado. Once the time comes, Fikes will cover associated moving expenses to Colorado and continue to provide ongoing training, infrastructure, and support.
Why Colorado? The Total Addressable Market (TAM) and the large number of potential clients in the Greater Denver Area make it an ideal expansion opportunity for Fikes. That is why we are focused on carefully preparing the right individuals to be part of this exciting growth phase.
During the training period, you will learn proven industry sales methods, cultural leadership approaches, and gain in-depth knowledge of the facility services and products we offer. Candidates will receive a signing bonus upon joining and, after 60 days of training, will start earning sales commissions and bonuses—even before relocating to Colorado.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects and clients daily, whether in person or via phone, email, text, or LinkedIn to understand their business needs and identify the ways that Fikes can help.
- Maintain high engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications that spark curiosity about Fikes.
- Schedule 1 to 5 qualified meetings per day and develop pipelines to fuel Fikes revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and Route Service & Sales Representative (RSR) to achieve aligned sales quotas each month.
- Consistently meet daily/weekly sales activity metrics and regularly bring aboard new client service engagements and product sales revenues.
- Achieve sales targets by delivering tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs with Fikes vast service and product offerings.

- Past success in a Sales Development role that involved cold calling and canvassing, especially outbound development, is strongly preferred.
- Experience in sales startups is a major plus, particularly in building out a new territory or expanding on an existing base.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred but not required

- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Salary Base & Commission: Base salary of $65,000 starting with an OTE of $75,000 to $130,000 annually
- Company equipment include: Chromebook, fuel card and/or company vehicle and company cell phone.
