Our client is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Engineer for their industrial Hydraulic division. Candidate will need to have a backround in Ship Services markets like Steering Gears, Propellers, Winches, Diesel Engines, Cranes, and Stabilizers. Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in Engineering or Technical Field Required. Must have 5 years in Ship Service sales!

responsibilities:
+ Initiative Sales Engineer/Specialist Responsibilities:
+ Focus on Ship Services aftermarket sales development, implementation, and management
+ Analyze market potential, define strategic approach, and describe business model
+ Growth Measures and Market Analysis:
+ Define and track specific growth measures within Ship Services market
+ Determine installed base and perform market mapping
+ Sales Cycle Management:
+ Manage all aspects of MRO Ship Services sales cycle in US territory
+ Prepare annual sales forecast and maintain monthly/quarterly rolling forecast
+ Customer Engagement and Prospecting:
+ Perform sales calls on 30-40 target accounts with installed Bosch Rexroth products
+ Actively pursue new MRO business by developing additional growth and "Discovery accounts"
+ Customer Support and Issue Resolution:
+ Proactively address and resolve customer issues, with management support
+ Marketing Implementation:
+ Implement marketing activities, adapt global sales marketing material, or create new
+ Event Planning and Attendance:
+ Plan, prepare, organize Ship Services conferences
+ Attend industry trade shows, canvass shows, and perform booth duty
+ CRM Usage and Administrative Tasks:
+ Consistently use CRM to document sales opportunities, account activity, etc.
+ Maintain files and submit call, itinerary, and expense reports in a timely fashion
+ Travel Requirements:
+ Travel domestically up to 50% within the US
