Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Workstream Lead:
– Lead the Manufacturing Workstream on an Oracle ERP Cloud implementation project, ensuring successful design, data conversion, testing, and deployment.
– Facilitate design workshops with clients, providing design recommendations and presenting pros and cons for various options.
– Lead data conversion efforts for manufacturing-related objects, including functional data mapping and creating lean specifications.
– Develop and validate test scripts to support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
– Develop and execute the cutover plan for the Manufacturing Workstream and provide post-go-live hypercare support.
Required Skills for Manufacturing Workstream Lead:
– Deep expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud modules, including Manufacturing Cloud, Maintenance Cloud, Inventory Cloud, Quality Management Cloud, Supply Planning, Demand Management, Production Scheduling, Product Information Management (PIM), and Costing.
– Proven experience working in discrete manufacturing environments and multiple full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experiences.
– Familiarity with Supply Planning and Demand Management, and a solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Project-Driven Supply Chain processes.
– Knowledge of Configure-to-Order (CTO), Assemble-to-Order (ATO), and Kits scenarios.
– Experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud in the Aerospace and Defense sector is preferred.
