3 must haves:
- Must have either a GED/HS/AA/AS diploma and a willingness to learn and one year of maintenance or equipment technician experience OR
- Experience with chemical and gas distribution equipment OR Navy nuclear power school OR military mechanic trained; military mechanics; military or manufacturing mechanics; HVAC experience OR recent graduates from Trade schools with a mechanical or technical background
- Must be able to pass a fit for duty and background check
Position Details:
• The technician supports equipment and delivery systems throughout the customer site. Technicians will start their assignment by receiving safety and core operational training for the first 2-4 weeks. Once that training is complete, they will join a compressed work shift (12 hour shift) where they will perform core operational duties. Core activities include performing container changes, responding to equipment alarms, and performing basic maintenance of the equipment.
• They will ensure compliance in operation and maintenance procedures, safety, and drive flawless execution.
• The technician will be responsible for supporting over 500 pieces of distribution equipment of various types and vendors.
• You will drive a ZERO safety or quality incident culture.
• The individual will also be involved in the Basic Safety Process, quality management, preventative maintenance, and training.
• With experience you will also support the installation, decommissioning, troubleshooting and repair of all electronic systems, precursor delivery systems, and bulk chemical distribution systems.
• Inexperienced and experienced will undergo on-the-job, technical training, and qualification program.
