Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Support Technician I to support our operations within an additive manufacturing environment. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, documenting, tracking, and monitoring manufacturing and warehouse equipment, and adhering to established procedures and guidelines for manufacturing and assembly line environments. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of manufacturing concepts and procedures and will work under the guidance of a supervisor or manager without the need for independent judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist in assembly line tasks, including component cleaning and media-blasting using a glove box
- Perform facility maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, de-trashing, and recycling
- Document and track equipment in manufacturing and warehouse settings
- Maintain an organized and safe workspace
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with assembly line and manufacturing practices
- Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace
