Manufacturing Technician from Innova Solutions

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will:

Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

Nature of Supervision

Works with close supervision on routine tasks.

Detailed instructions are provided, and close peer review is required.

Communication & Influence

Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.

Innovation & Complexity

Work consists of tasks that are routine. Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.

Follows established processes to complete tasks. Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.

Organization Impact

Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities.

Education & Experience

• Requires minimal job knowledge/skills.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Must have::

• High School Diploma with 1-3 years’ experience
• Good data collection and documentation skills
• Works with engineers conducting experiments.
• Good data entry/computer skills, MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel

Pay Range*: $23-$25/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
