Title: Manufacturing Technician II
Location: St. Louis, MO 63118
Pay Rate: $20/hr-$22.44/hr plus 7% shift differential = max $24.01/hr
Hours: 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm
Length: 12 month contract with a possibility of extension or conversion to full-time
interviews will be conducted onsite
NOTE: This is NOT a warehouse position.
3 Must haves:
- HS diploma or GED required;
- 1-3 years' experience working in a clean room environment
- Must be able to work with PPE and pass a physical, pulmonary check, drug screen; and respirator fit required *****Must be clean shaved daily********
Operate processing equipment:
Filter integrity testing
Watson Marlow pumps
Omnispense pumps
Autoclaves
High throughput Bag Line
•Perform production operations
Handfill – prepping fill equipment
Aseptic gowning and qualification
Setting up hand fill in Class 100 clean room
Setting up Watson Marlow in Class 100 clean room
Setting up Omnispense in Class 100 clean room
Disinfect Class 100 clean room
Sporklenz Class 100 clean room
Filling bottles
Filling bags
Deliver products to Warehouse via motorized pallet jack
Clean-up equipment and working areas after production operations
Coordinate appropriate disposal of waste and complete compliance documentation.
Support all activities of Manufacturing Tech I
•Communicate and document status of processes, products, and equipment
Communicate the status of production operations/equipment and bring deviations to the attention of supervisor.
Provide a complete and accurate batch record at the conclusion of production operations consistent with quality guidelines.
Be able to execute batch records in SAP (eBR)
Ensure all applicable log books have been filled out completely as required by current procedures
•Perform operations in compliance with rules and in a safe, orderly manner:
Follow production procedures and safety policies at all time.
Use, clean, and store all personal protective gear appropriately
Label all in-process equipment and containers properly.
Take the necessary action to resolve any unsafe conditions.
Participate in required safety and quality training and other related activities.
Maintain good housekeeping in laboratory and working areas.
Perform In-Process assays, when trained.
