Manufacturing Technician ~ ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC at Innovation Associates

Manufacturing Technician (ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC) will work in collaborating with production manufacturing and process engineers to develop, research, produce, and observe manufacturing products and processes. This position involves working in both laboratory and production floor environments, conducting experiments, testing products, TEST EQUIPMENT and monitoring processes to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

Essential Duties:

• Monitor production processes in manufacturing facilities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Perform tests on products using a variety of test equipment to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
• Prepare metallurgical samples for evaluation and analysis.
• Observe and collaborate with equipment operators to ensure specified techniques are followed, recommending modifications or changes when necessary.
• Participate in fabricating, installing, and modifying equipment to maintain critical standards.
• Test and analyze products to determine strength, stability, and other characteristics for research and development purposes.
• Conduct testing and analysis of radioactive materials, applying knowledge of radiological procedures, emission spectrometry, and related techniques as required.
• Build and/or process customer products as needed.
• Compile and interpret results of tests and analyses, preparing reports, charts, and graphs as necessary.
• Set up and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with company guidelines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree in Engineering/Technology or relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience using a variety of test equipment.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word and Excel).

Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm

Pay: $23.49 - $28.32 per hour
