Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Shift: 7AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $25-27/hr
Start: Immediate

Responsibilities:

Operating a variety of manufacturing pharmaceutical equipment.
Record all manufacturing batch processes using appropriate batch records.
Follow and maintain SOPs.
Adhere to procedures and batch records.
Compliance with all current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP)
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Working knowledge of operations used in R&D and manufacturing of Rx products.
Operating manufacturing equipment experience: V-blender, extruder, planetary mixer, fluidized bed coaters and dryers, weighing scales, and mixing tanks.
High School Diploma and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
Familiar with GMPs and SOPs.
Ability to understand the English language with good communication skills.
Able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hrs) and perform repetitive tasks
Able to lift to 50 lbs.
Ability to meet the company's gowning requirements including hair net, shoe covers, uniform, lab jacket, face mask, nitrile or latex gloves, beard cover (if applicable), safety glasses, Tyvek coveralls.
Use of respirator required.
Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
