Job Details
First Shift: Monday - Friday day shift
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers and equipment operators
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation standards and regulations
- Monitor and adjust production processes and equipment to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during production
- Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of production line workers
- Maintain accurate and timely records of production data, such as output, waste, downtime, and inventory
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, engineering, and logistics, to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction
- Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
- Read and follow production records, machine SOPs, and Safety Manuals
