Manufacturing Shift Supervisor - Patriot Acquistions LLC

Oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety during their assigned shift. This role requires balancing operational efficiency with team morals while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Qualifications:

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience

Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, processes, and safety protocols
• Understanding of production scheduling and workflow optimization
• Knowledge of quality control standards

Leadership Skills

• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

Education

• HS Diploma or equivalent

Other Skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Key Functions:

Team Supervision

• Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity goals are met
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines
• Address and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions or supply shortages

Quality Control

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications
• Implement corrective actions when defects are identified

Safety Compliance

• Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards

Reporting

• Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports and records of incidents or issues
• Communicate updates and issues to higher management
• Train new employees on equipment operation, safety protocols and production procedures
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: Thursday-Sunday 5:30AM-4:00PM
