Job Description:
- We are looking for a Quality Technician to monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs.
- The Quality Technician's responsibilities include upholding quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, following quality control systems, and help determining corrective actions.
- You will also work with Quality Engineer and supervisors to meet quality standards.
- A successful Quality Technician should have excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to ensure that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.
Quality Technician Responsibilities:
- Follow quality standards.
- Follow quality control systems.
- Consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections
- Closely follow quality standards, document data and report issues
- Perform tests and use measurement tools to evaluate product quality
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Collaborating with Quality Engineer and Supervisors to maintain controls and improvements.
- Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
- Work with Quality Engineer to develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
Quality Technician Requirements:
- High Scholl Diploma or GED Required
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or 13485.
