We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Process Engineer with Powder Coating experience to join our team.
Qualifications:
1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in process engineering (POWDER COATING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST).
3. Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Process, Quality Control, Powder Coating, Data Collection and Analysis.
4. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Process Improvement.
5. Experience with Allen Bradley PLC's, Fanuc Robots, and CNC knowledge is preferred.
6. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
10. Proven track record in managing projects and bringing about process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
11. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software.
12. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
13. Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
