Hiring Organization: Connexion Systems & Engineering
General Summary
Performs a variety of mechanical assembly tasks on-site in a manufacturing setting. Collaborates with manufacturing engineers to ensure lean process flow.
Primary Responsibilities
Follows verbal and written instructions regarding assembly and subassembly processes required with a specific production team.
Performs visual, in-process and final inspections. Tests verifying quality conformance.
Maintains housekeeping tasks to assure safety and purity of devices. Updates and maintains proper inventory control procedures.
Updates and maintains bills of material and other tier documentation associated with medical device assembly.
Follows standard operating procedures (SOPs), good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Follows and understands assembly drawings/specifications as required.
Assists with maintenance of operating records and reports of test results.
Completes all production documentation per GDP.
Must have experience working in ISO-13485, preferably in mechanical assembly
Must be willing to work in teams and display mechanical aptitude
